Sales Engineer

Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a Sales Engineer to support the design, quoting, and sales of customized technical systems. This role combines engineering knowledge with client-facing responsibilities, including developing solutions, preparing proposals, and supporting the sales process. The position is full-time and located onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and qualify new business opportunities and respond to customer inquiries.
• Perform process simulations, equipment sizing, and cost estimates.
• Prepare proposals and technical documentation, including P&IDs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize system design and reduce costs.
• Present solutions to customers, gather feedback, and adjust proposals as needed.
• Support the sales cycle from lead generation through project handoff.
• Ensure that all customer interactions align with the company's standards and policies.
• Maintain an updated database of customer interactions and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in engineering, sales engineering, or a related role.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with process design, costing, or industrial systems preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant engineering software.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $91,500 - $113,000

Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 1st shift.
